Slavery of modern times

It all started in 1760 in Europe. First Industrial revolution began. The manufacturing has started using machines which was previously done by hands. Handling of these machines would require skilled workforce which at that time was very scarce. People were mostly self employed and specialists in manufacturing things by hands.

Any change to existing will cause a revolt in public. And this was a huge Change as self employed people who manufactured things by hands couldn't compare with the pricing produced by huge machinery. People who can adopt to change has made transition from self-employed to employees of an industry and people who can't, made the next generation of them to be employees.

Education system was also helping the cause of industrial revolution producing more skilled workforce who can restrict themselves to job. Mindset was changed, from employing someone or self employing to an employee.

Hence, birth of modern slavery started. Capitalism when reaches level of greed, consequences will be terrible. One example is an entrepreneur turned philanthropist Andrew Carnegie. He mistreated the labour badly indirectly with his right hand man. Even today, in India, this is most prominent. You have to work indefinitely when your superior asks to extend to meet clients requirements(happens in IT) and we regard people, who don't have spine to speak about their personal time, high in industry.

Many things happened from 1760 to 2020. There were three industrial revolutions, there was internet revolution, now we are in data revolution (Artificial intelligence and machine learning), but the seeds of industrial revolution still remains in us.
